Bhubaneswar: Royal Enfield on Friday launched another all-new motorcycle, Meteor 350, in India. The new motorcycle is the Thunderbird’s replacement. Here are the ex-showroom prices in Bhubaneswar:
Meteor 350 Fireball – Rs 1.76 lakh
Meteor 350 Stellar – Rs 1.81 lakh
Meteor 350 Supernova – Rs 1.90 lakh
The Meteor 350 has a stiffer frame and weighs 191 kg. Going with the trend, the motorcycle has LED daytime running lamps and a segment-first ‘Tripper screen’ that shows turn-by-turn navigation along with a semi-digital instrument cluster. The Tripper screen connects via Bluetooth to the Royal Enfield app which uses Google Maps to show direction on the display screen.
The engine is a new 349cc, fuel-injected, single-cylinder unit that makes 20.2 BHP power and 27 Nm torque. It is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
There’s 41 mm telescopic fork at the front and twin adjustable shock absorbers at the rear. Brake-wise, there’s a 300 mm disc at the front and 270 mm disc at the rear. The front wheel is 19-inches and the rear is 17-inches.
The Meteor 350 also comes with 3-year warranty and Royal Enfield has also launched accessories such as helmets, luggage bags, visors, jackets, and more.
