Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has made thermal scanning at all Plus-II examination and evaluation centres mandatory in view of the COVID-19 pandemic which continues to rage in India.
The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education has written to superintendents of 1142 examination centres and 66 evaluation centres that the concerned district administration will provide the thermal scanning machine.
In case the administration fails to provide the machine, the concerned centre superintendents will procure the machine through the profit and loss (PL) account of the development fund of the college.
