This Odia Youth Is Most Sought-After Dialogue-Writer In Kannada Movies

Jajpur: Proving the adage “creativity knows no boundary” true, a young man from Odisha has earned name and fame as a dialogue writer of Kannada movies!

Prashant Nayak of Kakudikuda village under Jhalpada panchayat in Jajpur district left for Bengaluru in search of works after completing his studies. He started with a fashion house and used to write poetry and dialogues in his free time.

He learnt Kannada language and later, penned the dialogues for a bilingual film ‘Nabamasa’. He has written dialogues both in Odia and Kannada languages for the film.

With the success of ‘Nabamasa’, Prashant was recognised as a creative dialogue-writer among the Kannada film fraternity.

Now Prashant is one of the highly demanded dialogue-writers there. He is occupied with more than two Kannada films and wants to make it his career. He aims to write dialogues in Odia and Hindi movies in future.

Prashant, son of Patitapabana Nayak, developed interest in writing and painting since his childhood.

Besides fashion design and film dialogues, Prashant is also a creative tattooist. His tattoos are also in high demand particularly among the youths.
