Rayagada: GIET University at Gunupur in Odisha’s Rayagada district has been shut for three days following the detection of COVID-19 cases on the campus.
According to the varsity Registrar, the institution will remain closed between April 8 and April 10 as per the direction of the sub-collector.
Students and university employees staying outside the campus will not be permitted to enter the premises during the three days.
Oxford College of Engineering & Management and Silicon Institute of Technology in Bhubaneswar were earlier sealed for violating COVID-19 guidelines.
