Three Killed In Separate Road Accidents

Balasore/Bargarh: At least three people died in two separate road accidents in Balasore and Bargarh districts on Tuesday night.
The first incident was reported from Balasore district when a police officer and his wife travelling on a motorcycle were hit by a truck on National Highway-60 at Rajghat.
The deceased has been identified as Bijay Das, posted as an ASI at Jaleswar SDPO office.
Similarly, a youth was killed after a speeding truck hit him at Gandhi Chhack in Barpali of Bargarh district.
Irked over the mishap, an irate mob staged a road blockade near the spot demanding compensation for the family of the deceased.
Meanwhile, the truck driver surrendered at the local police station soon after the accident.
