Three KISS girls picked for Indian rugby team

Bhubaneswar: Three girls from Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) have made it to the Indian Under-20 Girls Rugby team for the Asia Rugby (AR) Under 20 Sevens to be held in King’s Park, Hong Kong, beginning August 4.
The girls, Basanti Pangi, Manjulata Pradhan and Rajani Sabar, are pursuing graduation courses in the institute. They had recently participated in the Paris World Games Rugby 7s.
The Indian team will depart for Hong Kong on Wednesday to participate in the tournament.
Founder, KIIT & KISS, Dr. Achyuta Samanta congratulated the trio and wished them success.
