Bhubaneswar: Khandagiri Police on Wednesday nabbed three mobile phone snatchers and seized 51 instruments from their possession.
The arrested persons are Sagar Pun alias Nepu of Baharatpur; D Deepti Ranja alias Susanta of Patapur in Ganjam district and Somanatha Sahoo of Gopalpur in Cuttack district.
Police swung into action after one Bishnu Kumar Sahoo of Dumduma area filed a complaint regarding theft of his motorycle on October 12 midnight.
After arrest the accused have informed police that they used to loot mobile phones in Aiginia area.
The three have ben forwarded to court.
