Bhubaneswar: Three new corona positive cases were detected in Balasore on Wednesday, taking the affected tally in Odisha to 125.
The I & PR Department in a tweet identified them as three men aged 44, 61 and 63. All of them had returned from West Bengal.
“They were asymptomatic and were being kept in quarantine,” the tweet added.
With this, the number of positive cases in Balasore rose to 19.
Earlier in the day, Keonjhar, Jharsuguda and Deogarh had reported their maiden COVID cases.
With 38 having been fully cured and 1 death, Odisha now has 85 active cases.
