Bhubaneswar: The IMD has forecast thundershower with lightning is likely in five districts of Odisha in next two and a half hours.
In a nowcast warning at 5.15 pm, the regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) in Bhubaneswar said light to moderate rain/thundershower with lightning is likely to affect some parts of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Nuapada and Balangir districts in next three hours.
It advised the people to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strike.
