Bhubaneswar: The IMD has forecast thundershower with lightning in several parts of Odisha including Bhubaneswar and Cuttack cities in next three hours.
Issuing a yellow message in nowcast warning, the regional centre of India meteorological Department (IMD) said light to moderate rain/thundershower with lightning is likely in Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Khurda (including Bhubaneswar city, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Nabarangpur, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Balangir and Malkangiri districts in next three hours.
The weather office advised the people to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strike.
