Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department issued a nowcast warning for two districts of Odisha till 6.40 pm on Sunday.
Light to moderate rain/thundershower with lightning may affect some parts of Khurda and Cuttack districts in 3 hours. People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
While the intensity of rain is expected to remain low on Sunday and Monday, the weather agency has warned of heavy rain in different parts of Odisha
from Tuesday.
