Bhubaneswar: Though the southwest monsoon now remained subdued over Odisha, several parts of the state are likely to be hit by thunderstorm with lightning over the next four days.
In its midday weather bulletin on Saturday, the Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar issued yellow warning for thunderstorm and lightning for several districts for the next four days.
As monsoon remained subdued, the several places in the state experienced rise in day temperature.

Yellow Warning (Be Updated) – Thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar and Dhenkanal districts.
Monday (From 8.30 am of 3.07.2023 to 8.30 am of 4.07.2023)
Yellow Warning (Be Updated)- Thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Kalahandi and Nabarangpur districts.
Heavy Rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over Gajapati, Ganjam, Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri, Nabarangpur and Kalahandi districts.
