Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Sunday issued thunderstorm and lightning warning for eight districts of Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Keonjhar, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Ganjam and Rayagada.
People in these districts have been cautioned to stay indoors and take shelter in buildings and other safe locations during thunderstorm and lightning, which will continue till four in the evening.
