Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) here on Tuesday issued thunderstorm and rainfall alert for 11 districts of Odisha.
Such weather condition wil prevail in Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Kandhamal, Koraput, Balangir, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur and Sambalpur districts till 1 pm.
People in these districts have been advised to stay indoors and take shelter in buildings and other safe locations as a precautionary measure.
