Bhubaneswar: The Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar, on Thursday issued alert for thunderstorm and lightning accompanied by light to moderate rainfall for one or two places in 17 districts of Odisha.
The hourly bulletin issued by the Met Centre has advised the people of Rayagada, Malkangiri, Koraput, Ganjam, Angul, Jagatsinghpur, Dhenkanal, Balasore, Cuttack, Khurda, Bhadrak, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Gajapati, Puri, Nayagarh and Kandhamal districts to stay indoors between 2 pm and 5 pm.
