Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Centre here has forecast thunderstorm with lightning and light to moderate rainfall with gusty surface wind speed reaching 50 to 60 kmph at one or two places in Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Cuttack, Mayurbhanj and Balasore districts till 9.30 pm on Tuesday.
