Light thunderstorm, lightning, and light to moderate rain accompanied by gusty surface wind speed reaching 30 to 40 kmph may affect some parts of Ganjam and Khurda districts, including Bhubaneswar, in 3 hours.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places.
