Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued yellow warning of thunderstorm with lightning and gusty surface wind speed reaching 30-40 kmph for some districts of Odisha for two days.
According to the midday bulletin, light rain may occur at one or two places in Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, and Bhadrak districts till Thursday morning and will resume again on March 30 after two days of dry weather.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower may also occur at one or two places in Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, and Balasore.
March 31
Thunderstorm with lightning and gusty surface wind speed reaching 30-40 kmph is likely at one or two places in Bargarh, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Dhenkanal, Angul, and Jharsuguda.
Light to moderate rain or thundershower may also occur at one or two places in Bargarh, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Dhenkanal, Angul, and Jharsuguda.
Dry weather will prevail thereafter.
The weather agency has also forecast a gradual rise in the day temperature by 2-3 degree Celsius during next 3 days. The night temperature is also expected to gradually rise by 2-3 degree Celsius during next 2 days.
