Thunderstorm, Rain To Continue In Bhubaneswar, Cuttack For Next 3 Hours

Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of the India Meteorological Department has forecast light to moderate thunderstorm with lightning and light to moderate rain in some parts of 17 districts of Odisha.

This weather condition will prevail in Nabarangpur, Nuapada, Balangir, Sonepur, Kalahandi, Puri, Mayurbhanj, Balasore and likely to continue over some parts of the districts of Boudh, Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Khurda (including Bhubaneswar), Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, Ganjam and Gajapati for the next three hours till 5.30 pm on Friday.

People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
