Bhubaneswar: The Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar on Sunday warned of thunderstorms in five Odisha districts and the capital city too.
The Met Centre said there will be light to moderate thunderstorms with gusty wind speed reaching 30-40 kmph, lightning and light to moderate rain in some parts of the districts of Cuttack, Angul, Nayagarh, Dhenkanal and Khurda (including Bhubaneswar) till around 3.15 pm.
The Centre has advised people to keep a watch on the weather and move to safer places to be safe from lightning strikes.
