Bhubaneswar: The The Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar issued thunderstorm and lightning warning for four districts of Odisha on Saturday afternoon.
According to the weather office, there will be light to moderate thunderstorms with lightning and light rain in some parts of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Nayagarh, Balangir and Khurda (including Bhubaneswar) districts between 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm.
People are advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect from the lightning strikes, the centre said.
