Thunderstorm With Wind Speed Upto 50 Kmph Likely In Bhubaneswar Tonight

Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast thunderstorm with lightning in 4 districts and Bhubaneswar on Sunday night.

In a nowcast warning issued at 6 pm, the IMD said light to moderate thunderstorm with gusty wind speed reaching 40-50 kmph with lightning and light to moderate rain is likely to affect some parts of Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Khurda (including Bhubaneswar) and Jajpur within 3 hours.

The Met office has advised the people to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places.
