Bhuabneswar: Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) on Sunday announced that commuters travelling without a ticket on Mo Bus will be fined Rs 500.
CRUT has planned to intensify checking and impose fines. People travelling without valid tickets/monthly pass will be fined, according to CRUT’s tweet.
‘Mo Bus’ is an affordable public bus service having 200 vehicles with a daily ridership of 70,000 passengers per day in the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack
The service recently started a monthly pass system which gives unlimited travel starting at Rs 600 per month.
