Timex Launches iConnect Smartwatches

Watchmaker Timex entered the fitness wearable segment on Thursday by launching a collection of iConnect smartwatches.

The new smartwatches will be available on Flipkart as well as at Timex authorised stores. There are 2 models and the prices are:

iConnect – Rs 7,795
iConnect Fashion – Rs 9,995

The iConnect features a 40mm regular radial rectangular dial while the iConnect Fashion comes with a 45mm “chic round dial”. The watches are available in Black, Grey, White and Beige colour variants.

The smartwatches feature color LCD touch display, heart-rate monitor, sleep tracker, and built-in speaker for calls. The battery life is 3 days.

“People are now looking at wireless fitness and sports devices and are more drawn to adopting a healthier lifestyle. The new iConnect range is a one-stop answer to the multiple demands of an individual,” said Ms Sharmila Sahai, the Managing Director for Timex Group, India.
