Dating app service Tinder on Tuesday announced that it will bring its interactive video series “Swipe Night” to India in March.
“After massive success in the US, Tinder is set to release Swipe Night in India this March. Tinder will release its in-app, interactive apocalyptic adventure, where at key turning points, members decide what happens to them next,” the company said in a statement.
The shows were reportedly watched by millions in the US during its telecast in October. The videos led to double-digit increases in both matches and messages.
Tinder is now using human-assisted AI technology to do photo verification of profiles on its platform. This is done to weed out fake profiles.
