Tokyo: Indian lady golfer Aditi Ashok and a New Zealand golfer were tied third in the women’s individual stroke play event when inclement weather halted proceedings at the Tokyo Olympics on Saturday.
Aditi kicked off Round 4 in the second position following an impressive performance in Round 3 on Friday.
The 23-year-old Indian on Friday had five birdies to be placed second on 12-under 201 ahead of a New Zealander, an Australian, a Japanese and a Danish golfer — all tied on the third position.
