Tokyo Olympics: PV Sindhu Enters Semi-Finals

Tokyo: India’s PV Sindhu smashed her way into the women’s badminton singles semi-finals on Friday after defeating fourth seed Akane Yamaguchi of Japan in straight games.

Sindhu won 21-13, 22-20 in a tight contest that lasted 56 minutes.
