Tokyo Olympics: Wrestler Bajrang Punia Advances To Semi-Finals

Tokyo: Top Indian grappler Bajrang Punia beat Iran’s Morteza Ghiasi Cheka to qualify for men’s 65kg freestyle semi-finals of the Tokyo Olympics on Friday.

The Indian wrestler though survived a scare to overcame the challenge of Kyrgyzstan’s Ernazar Akmataliev in the opening bout to set up a quarterfinal clash against Iran’s Morteza Ghiasi.
