Meanwhile, Gopalpur reported the clearest sky in the state at 5 Oktas, meaning roughly 62% of its sky is cloud-covered.

This has come amid India Meteorological Department’s forecast on possible formation of a low pressure , the first this monsoon season, around June 24-25over the North Bay of Bengal and adjoining Odisha coast.
