Bhubaneswar: TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL), a joint venture between Tata Power and the state government responsible for electricity distribution in northern Odisha districts, recently hosted two key stakeholder engagement events to strengthen partnerships and service quality.
The TPNODL conducted its Business Associate Meet for 2025-26 at Balasore on Thursday, The event drew more than 180 business associates and approximately 300 associate employees. Discussions centered on key priorities, including reinforced safety protocols, legal compliance, ethical business conduct, high quality standards, and a strong focus on consumer-centric operations and service delivery.

amme, 35 business associates received awards for outstanding performance during the 2025-26 period.
A street play was performed to raise awareness about safety, followed by an interactive session where associates openly shared their concerns and ideas. The panel provided comprehensive responses and assurances, reinforcing mutual trust and transparency aimed at enhancing service quality and consumer satisfaction.
Similarly, the Industrial Consumer Meet in Jajpur brought together over 80 leading industrial organisations, focusing on strengthening HT and EHT customer engagement and enhancing service delivery. Attendees commended TPNODL’s progress in boosting power reliability and quality, and they offered constructive feedback on infrastructure enhancements and customer-oriented innovations.
The events featured senior TPNODL executives, including chief of TPNODL Odisha Distribution Business & CEO Gajanan S. Kale, TPADL CEO Sunil Kumar Sharma, Commercial Services & Business Excellence chief Joydeep Roy, Contracts & Material Management chief Vipin Chauhan, and chief of projects Pradeep Kumar Mohanty.
