TPSODL Launches Interactive WhatsApp Services For Customers

Berhampur: Tata Power Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) has rolled out an interactive WhatsApp services as a step to provide value added services to customers. The service will be available round the clock through WhatsApp number +91-7777002375.

The WhatsApp service will provide a holistic customer experience by quick resolution of consumer queries and concerns such as duplicate e-bills, mobile number and e-mail ID registration, real-time complaint registration along with status updates for the same. Any registered customer can instantly view and download the current month’s bill.

TPSODL has also launched a toll-free no 1800-345-6797/1912 or customercare@tpsouthernodisha.com to reply to queries

“The WhatsApp interactive service will revolutionise customer service and strengthen the relationship between the company and customers,” said Arvind Singh, Chief Executive Officer, TP Southern Odisha Distribution Ltd.
