Tractor Turns Turtle In Odisha’s Kalahandi, 4 Killed

Bhawanipatna: Four persons were killed and three injured when the tractor they were travelling on turned turtle in Kalhandi district on Tuesday early morning.

According to reports, the mishap took place near Kadopala Chhak in Thuamula Rampur area. The ill-fated tractor was carrying labourers from Bhawanipatna’s Hill Town to Labanyashara village when it lost balance.

The impact killed four labourers on the spot. Police identified the dead as Darupati Majhi, Gayatri Majhi, Urme Majhi and Manas Majhi.

Three others injured were taken to the Bhawanipatna District Headquarters Hospital, police said.
