Rourkela: Two goods trains collided on the Hatia-Rourkela section on Saturday night, according to reports. Train movement between Rourkela and Ranchi has been affected following the accident.
The goods trains collided head on around 10 pm near Kurkura railway station. Police officers from Bano in Jharkhand and railway officials rushed to the spot after the accident.
One of the drivers was seriously injured in the accident, reports said. More details are awaited.
According to reports, one goods train was going from Rourkela to Ranchi, and the other from Ranchi to Rourkela.
