Modernisation Work At Rayagada To Affect Train Services

Bhubaneswar: Trains passing through Rayagada will be either diverted or partially cancelled for three days from June 15 to 18 due to safety-related modernisation work being carried at the station.

According to railway sources, free bus service will be provided to passengers between Keutguda and Rayagada.

Trains to be diverted:

  • 18005/18006 Howrah-Jagadalpur-Howrah Samaleswari Express scheduled to leave Howrah from 14th to 17th June, 2018 and scheduled to leave Jagadalpur from 15th to 18th June, 2018 will be diverted bypassing Rayagada.
  • 18107/18108 Rourkela-Koraput-Rourkela Express scheduled to leave Rourkela from 15th to 17th June, 2018 and scheduled to leave Koraput from 15th to 18th June, 2018 will be diverted bypassing Rayagada.
  • 18211/18212 Durg-Jagadalpur-Durg Express from Durg on 17th June and from Jagadalpur on 18th June, 2018 will be diverted bypassing Rayagada. 

    Train partially cancelled:

  • 18301/18302 Sambalpur-Rayagada-Sambalpur Express will run between Sambalpur and Muniguda Stations and will remain cancelled between Muniguda and Rayagada Stations from both the directions from 15th June to 18th June, 2018.

The trains will have a stoppage at Keutguda Station during this period.
