Bhubaneswar: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) on Thursday announced cancellation of several passenger and express trains in view of the modernisation work at Cuttack railway station.
“Due to safety-related modernisation work and separation of grid at Cuttack station, it has been decided to divert, short terminate and cancel some trains from August 18 to August 27,” an official release said.
Considering the problems to be faced by passengers, the ECoR has decided to divert some trains via Bhubaneswar-Naraj-Kapilas Road, it added.
