Balangir: A vehicle carrying question papers of the annual High School Certificate (HSC) Examination-2019 met with an accident on NH-55 near Bainda in Odisha’s Balangir district in the early hours of Thursday.

“The question papers reached the nodal centres last evening and the same will be sent to all the exam centres by 8.30 am tomorrow,” he said.
Elaborate security arrangements have been made by Odisha police for smooth conduct of matric examination, beginning on Friday, he added.
