Bhubaneswar: CEO Parag Agrawal has finally opened up on the recent changes at Twitter after the $44 billion dollar acquisition of the microblogging platform by SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
A day after two senior Twitter executives were fired, Agrawal shared his thoughts in a long thread.
“No one at Twitter is working to keep the lights on,” he said.
He said he “won’t use the deal as an excuse to avoid making important decisions”.
He ended the thread by vowing to enhance transparency in the medium and increase the quality of public conversation. Expressing gratitude to his team at Twitter, he lauded their sharp work, focus and agility.
