Nuapada: Two kids, aged about four years, drowned in a pond in Odisha’s Nuapada district on Monday.
The mishap took place in Saraipali village, under Jonka police limits in the district.
According to sources, the kids were bathing in the pond when the tragedy occurred. Locals retrieved the children’s bodies and reported the matter to police.
A case has been registered and a probe is underway, police said.
