Bhubaneswar: One person died while another was critically injured after their motorcycle hit a road divider near Delta Square under Khandagiri police limits in Odisha capital on Sunday evening.
The critically injured have been admitted to Capital Hospital.
This was the second such accident in the city in the last 24 hours.
A couple was seriously injured after a speeding car crashed into a traffic post and and veered into traffic, hitting their scooter at Damana Square late on Saturday. The injured were rescued by locals and shifted to Capital Hospital here in an ambulance. It was suspected that the driver of the car, which was completely damaged in the crash, was driving under the influence of alcohol.
