Sambalpur: Two persons have been arrested for allegedly forging admit card of the annual Odisha State Open School matriculation examination in Sambalpur district.
The incident was reported from Commissioner Colony High School at Dhanupali.
According to Dhanupali police, one Kamala Seth was to appear in the exam for Laxmi Meher (28). The duo had changed the name and picture in the admit card to hoodwink the invigilator.
Centre superintendent Binati Mishra, however, caught him red-handed and informed Dhanupali police. He also lodged a case under IPC Sections 419, 420, 468, 471 with Section 9 of The Orissa Conduct of Examination Act-1998.
The duo was arrested after investigation, the police added.
