Khurda: Two Border Security Force (BSF) jawans from the Jatani camp in Odisha’s Khurda district have tested positive for COVID-19.
Khurda collector Sitanshu Kumar Rout informed mediapersons that swab samples of 245 jawans had been sent for testing, of which two were positive.
He said since the two infected jawans are in institutional quarantine centres, there is no need to sanitize the entire camp premises. However, those BSF jawans who were roommates of the infected duo, will undergo COVID test after five days.
