Jharsuguda: Two college students were killed in a road mishap near Eco park in Jharsuguda on Saturday.
The deceased persons have been identified as Sundram Jha (17) and Hritik Keshari (20). They belong to BTS area and Hritik Keshari area respectively.
The accident took place when they were on their way to the Eco park. The scooter they were riding was hit by a tractor near the park, following which Sundaram died on the spot.
Hritik was rushed to the Jharsuguda district headquarters hospital and later referred to the VIMSAR Hospital. He succumbed to his injuries on the way to VIMSAR.
Investigation into the matter is on.
