Two Human Skulls Found In Puri

Puri: Panic gripped residents of the Pilgrim Town of Puri after two human skulls were recovered from two different places on Saturday.

While a skull was found on the road between collector’s office and Sai temple, the other was lying in a garbage dump behind the Sani temple.

Since small in size, it is being suspected that they could be of children sacrificed for sorcery. While some have a feeling that stray dogs could have brought them here rom elsewhere.

Police have seized the skulls and questioning the locals about the incidents, sources said.

The incident brought back memories of 2018 when seven human skulls were found inside a sack on the premises of a maternity hospital near sea beach.
