Two injured during Durga idol immersion at Bhadrak

Bhadrak: Two persons sustained grievous injuries during Durga idol immersion procession here. They were identified as Anil Behera and Jogendra Behera.

According to available information, a violent clash broke out between people of two villages following a heated argument. Two persons, who were critically injured in the attack, were rushed to the district headquarters hospital.

On October 1, five people were injured in a similar clash between members of Bampisahi and Telenga Bazaar puja committees during the immersion ceremony in Cuttack.
