Two of Jeypore businessman’s family found dead in AP

Bhubaneswar: Two members of a Jeypore-based businessman Radhanath Panda’s family were found dead under mysterious circumstances in a hotel at Vizianagaram in Andhra Pradesh on Monday.
The deceased were identified as Kuntala Panda (59) and her son Amit Panda (37).
According to reports, Panda along with his wife Kuntala and son Amit had gone to Vizianagaram for treatment three days back.
The incident came to light around 3 in the afternoon when the hotel staff checked on the occupants after they noticed foul smell emanating from the the room and informed police.
While police recovered the bodies of Kuntala and Amit, Panda was found missing.
Back in Jeypore, shops and business establishments downed shutter as the news of the tragedy spread.
Sources close to family said the family was under tremendous financial pressure and were getting threatening calls as Amit had borrowed crores of rupees and invested in real estate.
