Two Labourers Drown After Holi Revelry In Odisha’s Sambalpur

Sambalpur: Holi revelry turned tragic after two labourers died in Sambalpur district on Saturday.

The two labourers had gone to bath in river Kharla near Sarada village under Kuchinda police limits after playing Holi when the mishap occured.

The two were residents of West Bengal and working as daily wagers in the city.

Locals said the two lost their balance and got swept away by the river water.
Fire service personnel rushed to the spot and recovered their bodies.
