Sambalpur: Two minor boys went missing after drowning in river Mahanadi in Odisha’s Sambalpur on Friday.
The missing boys have been identified as S Kanishk, and Himanshu belonging to Tiwari Gali in Khetrajpur area of Sambalpur, said sources.
A rescue operation has been launched by fire brigade personnel and local police in the area.
Sources added that the duo with another friend had gone to the river for bathing when the mishap took place.
