Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government approved seven projects worth Rs 2083.88 crore at the 102nd State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA) meeting here on Friday. These projects have the potential of generating employment opportunities for over 2,144 persons.
Two 5-star hotels, which will come up at Bhubaneswar, are among the 7 projects. The two hotels will be constructed by Atmosphere Core India Private Limited and DN Homes Private Limited. Atmosphere will invest Rs 184.64 crore for the facility which will generate employment for over 469 persons.
DN Homes will be investing Rs 164.8 crore for the luxury hotels which will be set up at Chandaka Industrial Estate, Khurda. It will generate employment for over 463 persons.
