Two More Arrested In ‘HSC Question Paper Leak’ In Odisha

Nuapada: The number of those arrested in the annual High School Certificate (HSC) examinations’ MIL Odia question paper leak went up to seven with two more persons being taken into police custody in Nuapada district on Sunday.

The arrested, identified as Sarbajna Supakar a teacher of Kerapadar High School and his nephew Jnanadutta Supakar, will be forwarded to the court on Monday, police said.

According to police, the duo had reportedly uploaded the question paper on social media.

Prior to the arrest of the two persons, police had forwarded five teachers of Nuapada district to the court on Saturday. The five teachers—Prasanna Kumar Pati, and invigilators Bighnaraj Supakar and Mukund Sabara of Karangmal High School while the two others are the centre superintendent Sushil Kumar Joshi and invigilator Arjunajaya Panda of Gopinath High School at Litisargi— were detained by the Boden police on Friday in connection with the alleged question paper leak.
