Bhubaneswar: Two more COVID-19 patients succumbed to the virus on Sunday, taking the death toll to 14.
According to Health Department sources, a 76-year-old man of Bargarh district passed away while undergoing treatment at a hospital. He was also suffering from diabetes.
Ganjam reported another COVID-19 death when a 49-year-old man with ‘chronic obstructive pulmonary disease’ died at a hospital while undergoing treatment.
Puri district reported another death, but for reasons other than COVID-19, the sources added.
On Saturday, Puri had become the fourth district in Odisha to report COVID-19 death when a 60-year-old man succumbed to the disease while under treatment.

Earlier, six coronavirus deaths were reported from Ganjam district, four from Khurda district and one from Cuttack.
